My name is Roxanne and it is my pleasure to welcome you to my hometown of Port Hope Simpson. The goal of myself and other tour guides with Kaumanik Adventure Tours is to first and foremost ensure your safety, and secondly offer an enjoyable and learning adventure in town or our backyard.
Do not be alarmed by the word adventure, it is classified as soft adventure meaning it requires good physical health but not a dangers activity. Your guides are trained in first aid, and has a means of communication in the unlikely event that help is needed along the journey.
Kaumanik Adventure Tours is a new business, but rest assured my people have been tour guides since first contact with visitors across the sea. We have had hundreds of years of experience sharing our story about who we are, how we adopt to changing seasons and sometimes harsh conditions.
We take you along trails to fully immerse all your senses. Choose an early morning or evening hike or afternoon town stroll to invigorate your day.
